The GUEST (S) go to Multiplayer - Single Scenario - TCP/IP, then type in the host's IP address. If the host has created the game and if you did everything right, you'll be able to play. Alternatively, there's third-party programs like Evolve, Tunngle and Hamachi which emulate a LAN network, which somewhat simplifies the process. Check them out. ZFR
First you click away "Full screen mode" checkmark. Then click "Play" then go to "image" then click away "Keep Aspect Ratio" then close the window. Highlight "Full screen mode". And there you go! Works perfectly! Also you can make a Heroes 3 shortcut by pressing "Create HD.exe" incase you dont want to go into Heroes 3 settings all the time.
